‍　2026 Summer Seminar　

夏期講習会

Under the guidance of Kumakura Sosho from Omotesenke in Kyoto, we held a three-day summer seminar.

On the first day, the seminar for Kyōjusha covered Sumishomo, Koicha, Usucha.
On the second day, the seminar for Shikakusha covered Shozumi, Daikazari, Mawaribana.
On the third day, the general seminar covered Saza, Usucha.

Following the general seminar, we held the founding ceremony of the Youth Division (Seinenbu) — the first-ever Seinenbu founded outside of Japan.

This day, August 29th Japan time, marked the memorial day of the 13th-generation Grand Master, Sokuchusai. After a talk about Sokuchusai, all members present observed a moment of silent prayer together.

表千家本部からお越しいただいた熊倉宗匠のご指導のもと、三日間にわたる夏期講習会を開催いたしました。

１日目の教授者講習会では、炭所望、濃茶、薄茶。

二日目の資格者講習会では、初炭、台飾り、廻花。

三日目の一般講習会では、且座、薄茶。

一般講習会の後には、海外初となる青年部の発会式を執り行いました。この日は、日本時間で８月２９日、

１３代家元、即中斎のご命日に当たる日。即中斎についてのご講話のあと、会員一同で黙祷を捧げました。
